Start the day with a healthy breakfast

The fact is that the problem is not the coffee with milk, but the sugar and saccharin that you add. Did you know that sugar can accelerate aging?

The solution?
Out with all that! Educate your palate to the taste of coffee and milk and not to that terrible unnecessary sweetness that you drink every morning. At first it will feel strange, but in a few days, when your palate gets used to it, you will love the taste of your new breakfast.

The ideal is to eat more fish than meat, choosing local white fish and small blue ones, this is so because they contain less heavy metals than the large ones.
